Welcome

In my work I strive to help people honestly and directly cope with challenging life circumstances. You will be heard here and accepted. I will help you become the author of your life let go unhealthy habits and patterns. Please explore the site and contact me with any questions. I look forward to getting to know you.

Certified Addiction Specialist III with over 30 years supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health and addiction challenges. I am comfortable working with all stages of recovery. The continuum runs from those currently using drugs and alcohol and thinking about cutting down to those who have multiple years in recovery looking to deepen the next steps toward self knowledge and freedom. Current passions are studying and practicing Gestalt Equine Psychotherapy. Spend some time at Hart Family Farm and see how a relationship with horses can jumpstart your change process.
